Understood customer needs. Identified additional opportunities to further enrich the wetland creation work. Incredibly positive in the face of inclement weather and hard-working conditions. Toby left the site very tidy. Since completion the work has been viewed positively by the landowner, neighbours and other individuals. The wetland creation looks naturalised, and the landscaping looks perfect, ready for wild flower seeding.
