We’re excited to announce a new addition to our fleet—a 14-tonne long reach excavator to complement our existing long reach fleet. Designed with the environment in mind, this versatile machine is built to operate in sensitive environmental and ecological areas and wildlife habitats. Like our other long reach excavators, it is kitted out with Low Ground Pressure (LGP) tracks ensuring minimal impact on farmland and other sensitive sites.
Long reach excavators are ideal for challenging applications such as wetland maintenance and reed cutting as well as more traditional dredging and de silting works in waterways. They are also invaluable for the construction of reservoirs where the placing of fill material above specialist membranes and liners cannot be completed with standard spec machines.
