Steve joined the FGS Pilcher family in 2011 and started as a Ground Worker. He has worked his way up to now being our Operations Manager. Steve brings a wealth of experience to this role due to his Multi-Utility and Civils Groundworks background including in depth knowledge of gas, electric and water works. Since becoming Operations Manager in 2020 Steve has instigated and grown some of our biggest contracts including works for the RSPB and has advised and driven a number of large complex projects.
