We are looking for an Agricultural Groundworker to join our team to work on our civils, drainage and land management projects within rural/agricultural sites across Kent and Sussex.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable and conscientious with a can-do attitude and flexibility when needed. You will be required to work on your own initiative and within a team, be able to safely operate mobile plant and be expected to undertake daily checks and basic maintenance.
Duties will include groundworks, concreting and drainage works. You will need to be willing to undertake manual work including laying drainage.
A valid CPCS/NPORS would be an advantage but is not essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to follow our Health and Safety procedures and have a good attitude to environmental issues.
This is a permanent position and Mon-Fri: Basic 40hrs / week with additional hours to meet business requirements with a competitive rate of pay. A company van will be provided to the successful applicant.
